If your resume has been shortlisted you will get a call from H.R or some senior sales person of the company.You may have to appear for telephonic interview or face to face interview.Questions will be asked related to the job knowledge, your attitude,medical knowledge and your previous experience.If you get selected,may be you have to appear for more rounds of interview.At last you have to face HR round.After selection you will be give offer letter. If you are a fresher you may get starting salary ranging Rs.7,000 to Rs.15000/- p.m. Apart from that you will be give Daily allowance for you daily expenses related to job like petrol,mobile and internet. You will be called for training at their head office.
After success completion of training you have to join a HQ where you have applied for.Your supervisor will give you field induction for around 1week and train you about the practical aspects of job.You will be give visual aid,bag,visiting card,LBL,order book,rate list,inputs, to help you in your sales call.You will be give list of doctors,retailers and distributors of your territory where you have to meet them and generate sales for the company.
